Capabilities
 Bartlo packaging currently operates 10 Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) lines.  Machine types include single and multiple row units capable of producing pillow or four sided seal packages.  Feed systems are available to run powders, granules, pastes and liquids.  Film types that we typically run, include Poly Vinyl Alcohol water-soluble film, polyethylene, valeron and virtually any type of laminated packaging film.  Package sizes produced on the VFFS machines range from 1 gram to 5 pounds.

We are able to fill multiple types of  powders or liquids into pre-formed rigid or flexible bags or containers  ranging from a few ounces to super sack size.

Over the past decade, we have also expanded our capabilities to include tablet pressing, low volume milling and blending in ribbon or Vee-Cone blenders.

Bartlo Packaging also supports a research laboratory capable of developing formulations for tablets and flowable powders as well as environmentally friendly pest control products targeted for consumer use.  Formulations developed include water treatment compounds, biocides for drilling, agricultural growth regulators, clove oil based insecticides, cockroach trap baits and cut flower preservatives.
